Disorder in Condensed Matter and Ultracold Atoms at Varenna
A conference to bring together theorists and experimentalists working in the field of disorder in both condensed matter and ultracold atoms.
The international conference on "Disorder in Condensed Matter and Ultracold Atoms" will be held in the amazing location of Varenna, Italy from June 9 to June 14, 2013.
The conference will bring together theorists and experimentalists working in the field of disorder in both condensed matter and ultracold atoms. The conference follows from the summer school "Disordered Systems: From Condensed-Matter Physics to Ultracold Atomic Gases" (Cargèse, May 31st to June 11th, 2011). The goal is again to put together the two communities, and stimulate cross-fertilization of new ideas.
Chairs: Thierry Giamarchi, Giacomo Roati, Laurent Sanchez-Palencia.
Scientific committee: Boris Altshuler, Alain Aspect, Eugene Demler, Allen Goldman, Massimo Inguscio, Robin Kaiser, Giorgio Parisi.
Due to finite space, the conference is limited to 70 participants. In order to participate, you should first pre-register. Fill up the pre-registration file you can find on conference website and send it to dcmua.infocqstar.eu before April 5th.
