We were invited to present to His Holiness the Dalai Lama the measurements carried out in Florence during the THE project (Tuscany Health Ecosystem), as well as those recently conducted in a monastery in Kathmandu.

We also described our projects concerning an international network aimed at studying the beneficial effects of meditation and culture on health in different regions of the world, and therefore across different traditions and cultures.
